Spent Christmas at a hotel with good room service and a fabulous rooftop bar offering amazing views of the city. the hotel is situated in the heart of the city, which made it convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

Our room had some issues with cleanliness, and there was some noise from nearby construction sites that disturbed our sleep. the menu at the hotel restaurant was limited, and some of the dishes were not up to our expectations.

The hotel location was great, with many attractions nearby. the staff were courteous and helped us with our luggage. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. the bathroom was well, maintained with hot water available throughout our stay. They served a delicious breakfast which was included in our package. the hotel offered free Wi, Fi and parking, which was great.

The check, in process could have been smoother as we had to wait for a while at the reception before being allocated our room.

Best aspects of my New Year hotel experience were the delicious food and the comfortable beds. The hotel was located in a convenient area, close to popular attractions and public transport. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
